What did the pre orders sell for, #38 as well? this dude got nearly $6000 for some half baked code and sound effects. ah well, I guess all us new game developers learn from our early mistakes and go on, but it seems from where I sit you would have been much better off doing your own thing from scratch, and keeping the money for yourself.
