He plans to publish it fairly soon. You may also wish to send along your congratulations as he and Sylvia have recently gotten married. He's been away from home for the past while but will be returning to what passes for his new normal life this week. If you've sent him something and haven't heard back from him, you may want to send it again to make certain he has it.
