No, it can be a bit tricky, make sure your remote sensor is on top of your 
tv or entertainment center and is parallel with the tv screen.
  Other than that, I stand about 3 or 4 feet in front of the tv, as the 
further away you are, the harder it is to hold the hand steady.
  It takes some practice to do it blind, kind of like playing a game before 
you can play the game, grin.
