I think this game would be in design a reasonable thing to do. Sounds it would be easy in design to produce. We only need stereo panning, left, right and centre positions. In theory we wouldn't even have to use directx, i mean we could but we probably would not unless we were going to put in ambience and things. This should be easy. The math calculations for various variables may take time to work, sound sorcing for some effects and voices would be a challange, although a load of the actual sfx are already in sound libraries.
