Hi Shaun, I am certain Microsoft will offer XP with SP3 disks, but they will likely turn out to be like Win 2000. You'll be able to buy them to upgrade existing XP and 2000 systems, but all new PCS from Gateway, Del, HP, Compaq, etc will be shipping with Vista.
