I tried looking for a restore point, but either I'm not looking in the right
place, or Windows doesn't make them automatically anymore. Did Windows ever do
that? I seem to remember it did, but it's been years since I've used a system
restore point. There has to be a way of removing the Windows Media Audio thing
without me having to reformat. I can't do that. I should've taken a system
image after I got this computer, but I didn't, because Windows is stupid about
putting system images on anything other than a portable hard drive or DVDs. I'm
not going to buy a portable drive soully for the use of storing a system image,
and I don't like using DVDs, because they can easily get scratched or damaged.
Anyway, unless there's some way of fixing things, I guess I'm stuck, which is
totally frustrating.

Thanks,
Ari
