Yes, the star conquest pack Michael mentioned earlier is a vipmud one, and other games like six dragons have them, though bare in mind most muds are text only and sounds are an extra.

To play sounds mostly all you need to do is drop them in the sounds folder and drop the scripts into whatever folder you need for other stuff, though for some soundpacks like that of matieriamagica and I believe six dragons you need the full version of Vipmud.
