I've not heard of any regular card or dominoe games for Android, though not being an Android user myself it's likely I've missed some.

About the best option I can think of is Rs games. They have a regular online client for windows that plays a hole bunch of card and dice games, but there is also a browser based web client which might work with chrome on android.

There are of course lots of that type of game available for Windows.

the Bg series of games which are all available for windows for free.

Go to http://www.omninet.net.au/~irhumph/blindgamers.htm

Ian has made both a classic dominoes game, and a fives and threes varient, plus a number of card games including several versions of solitare, cribbage, heartsand whist.

There is also Gma cards freely available from www.gmagames.com, which has kings corner, rummy and a couple of other games, and the online playrooms at blind adrenaline, allinplay and Qentin C.
