It's an article that gives some insight into the sound design process of a mainstream game called Overwatch which is due to be released next month. There are some quotes from the design team etc. Really though, when a link is for a known site like PC Gamer and the URL structure contains the title of the article like this one did, you might be being a tad too cautious.
