The JGT user manual has instructions for downloading ShadowRine.
Visit this link:

And go to this heading:
Instructions for ShadowRine FullVoice
It has a link to the google translated version of the ShadowRine site,
plus instructions for downloading it while viewing the page in Japanese
when you can't read Japanese.
I find that the the actual download link is a bit finicky, sometimes it
works and sometimes it seems to do nothing.
Try your luck and if it doesn't work try it again later.
You might also read about the JGT addon for NVDA while you are there or
listen to this mp3 demoing how it improves the experience for English
