Tobias,
The Sarah game was written in VB6 for Windows XP.
You need the VisualBasic6 libraries to play it.
They are included in Jim Kitchen's WinKit.exe or in Shades of Doom 2.0

Subject: [Audyssey] Sarah Game: no talking menues
Hi,
I can hear no speech in the menus in the Sarah game from PCS.
I guess I need some older components like sapi4 to play Sarah in Windows
10. Has anyone else successfully played this game in newer Windows
versions than XP?
Thanks,
Tobias
