“Deathless: The City’s Thirst” is set in the
world of Max Gladstone’s Craft Sequence novels, the most recent of which, Last
First Snow, hit stores in July 2015. The previous Craft Sequence books are
Three Parts Dead, Two Serpents Rise, and Full Fathom Five. The next Craft
novel, Four Roads Cross, will publish in 2016.
Zombie Exodus on Steam
Zombie Exodus is an interactive survival novel by
Jim Dattilo (author of A Wise Use of Time). It’s over 700,000 words long. It
starts with a daring escape from a zombie-infested city; it ends at Zombie
Exodus, when a horde of zombies swarms outlying settlements like locusts.
We’ve published a number of popular games on
Steam under our “Choice of Games” label, and earlier this year we published our
first game under our “Hosted Games” label, Tin Star. Based on the success of
Tin Star, Valve has allowed us to launch a handful of our bestselling HG titles
on Steam, starting with Zombie Exodus.
We need your support to continue delivering our
games on Steam. Our goal is to release our entire catalog of interactive novels
on Steam. Based on the extraordinary performance of Choice of Robots and
Champion of the Gods, both which made it onto Steam’s front page this year,
Valve has allowed us to ship a handful of additional games. We’ll need to
continue to deliver outstanding results to prove that interactive fiction can
be successful on Steam.
