Hello kerry, The reason STFC is reporting that error is that one of the managed libraries ti depends on is missing. The correct installation order for STFC shoud be as follows. Note, the apps must be installed in this order or the application will fail.
1. The .NET Framework 2.0 must be installed if it does not already exist. 2. Go to http://www.usagames.us/requirements.html and download the current dxwebsetup.exe utility. 3. Run and install dxwebsetup which will update your version of DirectX to December 2006. (Note, you must have the .NET Framework previously installed in order to install the DirectX managed components for .NET enabled applications.) 4. Install STFC.
