I think there are adult rides, but I haven't gotten that far into the game.
My plan has been to divide my park in half with a food court separating the
areas, the half nearest the entrance is the kid's section and the far
section for adults,

give their theme park a name. While in theory one could create a zone
that covers their entire park that would not allow for specialty zones
