Hi Charles, Yes, I do. The New Coke fiasco is infamous, and was probably one of the worst blunders in modern business history. Even so I am not sure that Microsoft is making that kind of mistake. There are certainly users who won't buy Windows 8 because of the changes in user interface, but there are also people who will. It just depends on how open the end user is to new things. :D
