I'm surprised no one's mentioning the quite blatant copyright violation inherent in using the music he chose, even as a placeholder for a podcast. I don't quite share his tastes in music so can't confirm that all of it was someone else's, but I'm fairly sure Mr. Ivan didn't write Smells Like Teen Spirit. :P And podcasts generally need some sort of legal rights to play RIAA music (though admittedly I'm not up on the specifics) so he should, at the very least, have used something podsafe or under a Creative Commons license until going to market. _______________________________________________ Gamers mailing list ..
