Hi Lori, Yeah, really. Well, to their credit TWC did try and call, but they called the wrong number and told my ex they were shutting of the internet. They had no idea that Esther and I are separated, are soon to be divorced, and she didn't pass the message along to me. So TWC basically shut off the net without any warning. When I called and gave them heck for it they gave me the line that they are sorry I didn't get the message, but if I wanted to pay up $80 they could have it on within the hour. I only had like $4.11 to my name so obviously couldn't pay and they would not extend my service until April 1 when I got my next check. Such is life I guess.
