Oh gosh yeah. I knew about Reign a long time ago. I knew about Urban Dead before it got on audiogames.net. I just don't like submitting stuff, and I don't really like forums.
As for how it works, your goal is to build up energy, money, resources, so you can build and buy more and better personell, vehicles, and buildings.
