Hi Jim, Well, newer versions of Windows Explorer, also known as the File Explorer in Windows8, have the ability to extract common archive formats like zip by right clicking on the file and telling it to extract. Its nothing as fancy as Winzip orWinrar but it is a quick and easy way to extract zip files if you don't have another zip program installed.
