Because they're not frauds. Raul very clearly defines what a fraud actually is. Charging for services or products and not delivering is fraudulent. However, taking three years to make a new product isn't fraudulent, it's just well. It's kind of ridiculous. I have not had a problem with chillingham, so have not had to write to support.
