Hi Shaun, Not being yet familiar with XNA I can't comment on weather or not graphics is a requirement but it would be resonable to assume XNA would be looking for graphics. After all, it is written by a mainstream developer for mainstream use. We can't how well a graphics and sound accessible game would be based on the past. I think it can be done with proper management, design, and planning.
