I think it is the case that when racing against the computer, it only
selects cars from the cars that come with the original game. I'd
like the computer to be able to select cars that I've installed
afterwards as well. I took a look at the settings.bin file and
discovered a bunch of unlabeled numbers, does anyone know what they
stand for and whether one of them tells Top Speed how many cars to choose from?
