Hi, Yes, you need to download a client to play a MUD. MUDs are basically online text adventures. Well... That's the most basic defenition I can come up with right away, anyway. If you want to get started right away and without much trouble, GMud might be a good choice. You can get GMud and the JAWS scripts from www.gutterstar.net. In my opinion, however, MonkeyTerm would be much better in the long run, due to it's vastly increased flexibility. You can get MonkeyTerm from the MUDding section of www.RandyLaptop.com.
