Hi Tom, the Monty sounds great, keep up the good work! I think purists of the origianal game would want the male character. But considering that the main character would perform exactly the same excepting the voice of one gender or the other, I would say that it really doesn't matter. I can't imagine anyone having problems with a character in the game being male or female, when the concept is true. Still, another option is to give the players a choice and thus allow players to be male or female. This would mean you had to have seperate sound files for all of the characters sound effects, one for each gender. although that seems like a lot of work for very little return.
