I would not aim so high as that, my friend. The system does, alas, have it's limits. It's the latest version of the Inform development system for Interactive fiction, available at: http://www.inform-fiction.org I7 is the one your interested in. As the standard library is coded, the game system is intended for infocom-style text-adventures, but retooling it might not be too difficult.
