Hi Nicol,
Lots of text adventures have that concept of describing an object and you 
need to examine it to determine what it actually is.
  I used this idea in Sarah in which objects have a general description such 
as a piece of string and when you examine it you find out that it is a pair 
of Extendible Ears.
