I've been laying low all weekend so am catching up on lots of email. 
Actually if this goes forward I'd be happy to moderate the list. I don't 
really have any programming experience but can definitely know when a 
message is off topic or if people need help when it comes to the list. I 
know Mailman very well and I think many here can attest to that.

So, if the agdev folks are ok with it I say let's move forward with this 
and see about creating a newbies programming list. I know Tom Ward is a 
very busy guy. Tom, if it means me moderating another gaming list and 
you not so you can work on that Monty game then I'd say keep at the game 
and I'll handle the list moderation. <smile>.
