Here is the status so far.
I looked at using phplist which is available via cpanel and is no
additional cost. However from playing with it things seem to be that
phplist is setup for announce outgoing only lists. No discussion lists.
I'm currently looking into seeing if they will allow us to run dadamail
which can be made to be a discussion mailing list. This is all being
done to keep a devel list here on audyssey.org but if we can't do this
we may need to consider other suggestions. There is nothing set in stone
which says the devel list has to be on audyssey.org but it would be
nice.
