Hi Richard,
I don't know which screen reader you use, but the Windows Solitaire game 
works quite well with Window Eyes 5.5. That is usually the Solitaire 
game I play when I am in for cards.
To bad the Good Solitaire97 series of games were not equally as 
accessible. I'm told they are pretty good and hard to beat.
