There a mud called unicornvalley, host is unicornvalley.org port 2500. There are many races to choose from. Minotaur, tabaxi, half-ogre, half-troll, sprite, elf, nereid, dro, half-elf, and I may be forgetting a couple of others, but there are 13 different classes to choose from.
