Hi David, You need a password and user name. To get these you need to register. Once you get your password and username you can get into the rooms. Then you just hit enter on the room link you wish to enter below the room link is a list of people in that room at that time. and you will have the chat client download to your system. If you have security set tight you may have to accept the download first. You should hear people talking. You hit your control key to talk assuming you have a microphone set up and know how to turn it on. It is tricky if you haven't done the microphone thing before. Phil
