Sorry, but there is no way that Skype could handle that many people if
more than 4 people join.
Skype is good for one on one chat or maybe even three or four but skype
deteriorates after a while. Not sure if memory leaks cause it or what
but it slowly spirals down.
For-The-People is not bad and it's centrally located.
If the time is changed I can add an automatic mailer to the list like
the list rules at the beginning of the month so that a reminder is sent
out.
