Chances are if they told you that is that you have a
RL50 or RL250. While those are physically an IP330,
they are a special package of licensing and hardware
meant for field offices, not core support or ha
configs and do not include VRRP. VRRP has no cost
associated with it. If you are a registered owner of
your hardware you should be able to download a
standard IPSO image from the Nokia support site and
wipe your box. You will possibly need to relicense
your box for this to work. Not sure, haven't tested
that. \
