Microsoft teams is an "electron app" that ignores many window manager polocies, and decorates its own windows with micrsoft style buttons, but meanwhile has no borders, titlebars, etc.
I have overriden some of its crap behaviour by removing its use of UrgencyFunc (it keeps stealing focus everytime someone talks), but I can't seem to find a way to restore decorations.
