Hi all,

A while ago, I was trying to contact Robert Nation to determine whether he
would be willing to relicence his files to the GPL. Unfortunately, I have
been unsuccessful in my attempts in finding an email address for him.

I appreciate this was done in order to be more compliant with Github's T&Cs,
however, I believe this is perhaps a worthwhile exercise, regardless of that
point.

I believe we should take an approach similar to that of OpenSSL[0] wherein
they made every effort to contact past authors[1]. It seems that even if did
not get a response, the licence change still went ahead.

IANAL, so I cannot comment on this in that regard. However, it should be
noted that this approach did have lawyers behind it to begin with.

Any thoughts?
