Assuming you use fvwm-mode from
https://github.com/theBlackDragon/fvwm-mode (or its "old" home
http://lair.be/projects_fvwm-mode.php) then the highlighting is because
stuff in double quotes is highlighted as a string.

I'll into highlighting this bit of the Style definition as
string regardless of it being quoted.
