Right now i'm trying to find from where (inside of x11 or touch

There is nothing to offer you. It's simple. There is no Style which passes
clicks right through such that you always get a root menu appearing, unless
your mouse bindings are so screwed that you've allowed a click anywhere,
using any button, to always popup the root menu.
I know. thats why i'm walking away... doesn't sounds to be a fvwm config
anymore (i cloned the configs, no love)
So no. And at the this point, I don't even want to speculate, nor have any
interest in doing so,
If you can still reproduce this problem invoking FVWM as:
fvwm -f /dev/null
... then it's nothing to do with FVWM. Likewise for any previous advice.
I appreciate FVWM 2.4.X is a supported version upstream, but to ignore my
advice of still deploying 2.5.29 on your machines amounts to nothing more
than suicide.
I just told you my results so far and what i'm going to do/doing. I really
appreciate your input and advice. that made me go forward...
So good luck with that. You're going to need it.
Thanx, i know.. these lil things are what make life more insteresting.
And no, I won't help you with your weird touchscreen driver issue. You're
on your own with that.
No worries, can do that myself.. again i was just telling what will be the next
step. Sorry if at any moment i showed any signs of wanting you guys to do my
job. never meant that.
I understand that would be interesting to have the solution for the problem..
as it affects fvwm, so i just told you/list what i'm doing as to keep the ppl
who tried to help me posted.
As soon as i find the problem i will post the solution just as to help anyone
who may have the same issue.
thank you for your help and advice, appreciate that ( =
