It turns out, Fvwm users are very particular about key bindings. Historically, they don't like the window manager dictating anything. For that reason, techniques on removing all the built in behaviors are well documented. In the man page you will see the section "Builtin Key and Mouse Bindings". You will also see: Key Tab A M -
