I use a couple of KDE apps that have 'global key mappings'. These key
mapping only work when they are not mapped by a FVWM key binding.

For example.
I use amarok with global bindings (Win key + C = Play/Pause). This works well.
If I make a FVWM binding for Win+C for, say, a calculator. Then Win+C
never reaches Amarok anymore.
