The opposite of Sticky is *Slippery* -- it's in the manpage of course:

Style foo Slippery

I believe in XMMS' case, you have to configure it to allow WM
decorations (i.e., not get its brain-dead idea that it knows best to
override the window manager and let the WM to manage it), then it
won't be sticky.

So?   You must have a Style line telling FvwmIdent (or more likely
Fvwm*) to be Sticky.  No one can say without seeing your config.
