FVWM: Always place window inside desktop

Hello, is there a way to tell FVWM to always place windows inside the 
desktop, at least when the window size is less than the desktop size. 
Sometimes they are placed so that the titlebar is not visible, because 
it is above the visible desktop. In my .fvwm2rc, I have

Style * NoIcon, SmartPlacement, RandomPlacement
and I'm using FVWM 2.4.19
