PCIID is structured like that ManufacturerId:ProductId. PCI subsystem ID
is another information unrelated used by some manufacturer to identify
the hardware.
For example these two devices share the same PCIID but a different PCI
subsystem ID.
PCIID PCISUBID NAME
1000:000f 0e11:7004 → Embedded Ultra Wide SCSI Controller
1000:000f 4c53 1000 → CC7/CR7/CP7/VC7/VP7/VR7 mainboard
