O file n�o deve ser o mesmo. Olha o erro:
(Command died with signal 11: "/usr/local/sbin/amavis". Command output:
file: Using regular magic file `/usr/local/share/magic'
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Procura por "my $file" no '/usr/local/sbin/amavis'. Troca pra
"/usr/bin/file" e veja se funciona.
