Request
1.- we need tto show who are confirmed to come. This will help with
potential sponsors and with media coverage
2.- We need to open pre registration for the event. We need to gather
t-shirt size. It will be nice that the web site said how many people are
preregistered. That will impress sponsors.
3.- We need to create schedule for workshops and hacking.
4.- we need forma registration for workshops in lab, as those have limited
seats
5.- would be nice to have an online votation app, but it is not mandatory
6.- be able to complete the schedule after votations
The booklet will not include the schedule for talks. That will be printed
on paper after defined and to be distributed
