If you book the rooms, you don't have to pay for them. We pay them onsite,
we are merely asking that you make the reservation.
If you can't make the reservation, I can make one for you, but it is far
easier if you make your own. This is how we generally have done most
fudcons in europe and US in the past; then we are only responsible for
paying onsite, not making sure that we have made sure that we can
accommodate all of your special room requests.
Let me know what to do, but again, you can make your own reservation
without having to pay.
