Hi Chris, I am glad you can join us.
I am not yet aware about an ARM talk at the OWF, who will be the speaker?
I can find your name on the basecamp application. But if you're going to
give a talk, you can ask for subsidies also from the OWF organization
(send me an email for more information with your plan fees for example).
That would be awesome if you can define prepare some ARM schedule, I will
work with you on that.
So you need 3 nights. If you plan to stay on the same hotel, I will
suggest you to book soon (for 3 or more nights, as you need for the
OWF+FUDCon), as canceling a reservation is free of charge on the hotel
that we have selected (checking is better of course than trusting me..)
For the 3 nights that should not be a problem, we will handle this request
at next funding approval meeting (on Thursday, 20UTC).
