Hi,
@KageSenshi, thanks for mentioning about VWTR (Visa Without Reference).
However, I consulted with a travel agent and I was told that having an
invitation letter from the FUDCON organizers will help a lot with the Visa
process. I guess it wouldn't be difficult to send an invitation letter (to
FUDCON KL) along with the flight tickets.
