Visa letter sent - Waiting on reimbursement from Harish and has updated ticket requesting additional funding for visa. * Buddhika Kurera - Replied saying he is busy and will get the info asap. * Mahay Alam Khan - Passport expired. Reminder sent. Waiting to hear updated status. * Heherson Pagcaliwagan - Visa letter sent. Waiting on Harish to book flight ticket * Joerg Simon - Flight ticket booked. Visa letter sent. We will update on Mumbai info. * Robert Scheck - Flight ticket booked. Visa letter sent * Mohd Izhar Firdaus Ismail - Replied but still waiting to hear passport info. * Danishka Navin - Visa letter sent. Waiting on Harish to book flight ticket * Andreas Thienemann - Requested passport info. Haven't heard back.
