So what are we thinking? 3 rooms minimum, more like 4 or 5? > For general schedule - if I understand it correctly - > Saturday/Sunday are barcamp/hacksessions days, > Friday is free, only the cafe during the night... Is it true? I think this is correct. Looking at the webpage version (http://fudcon.fedoraproject.org/EMEA/scheduling.html) it looks like we are barcamp all day saturday, fudpub at night, barcamp half of sunday, hackfest the other half of sunday. And Friday is free, with a social event in the evening. > What are the days hotel is booked for? We plan to arrive on Friday, > leavin on Monday in the morning. As I understand it, hotel is booked for arrival Friday, departure Monday. If someone is doing something outside of those plans, they'll need to make their own arrangements. > The wiki needs updates... It's not easy to follow the planning... I agree. Maybe it would be optimal to come up with a list of questions that we'd all like to see answers for, and work to get those items updated and posted?
