Quand on veux transferer un subnet IPv4 de ARIN a APNIC, normallement
c'est faisable et libre sauf....
je cite ARIN: ''/Hello Mr. Brenac, Based on your inquiry and the fact
that Huawei Technologies appears to be included on the Consolidated
Screening List on //www.export.gov//, ARIN will insist on evidence of a
license or other official clearance from the U.S. Government that such a
transaction would be permitted prior to ARIN reviewing any such request
for transfer. Please provide any such official documentation and we
